Our story
Pierre-Ingrid, a Cameroonian-born woman, spent over a decade working as an interior designer across Europe — in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Germany. Her path led her to New York City, a chapter that redefined everything she thought she knew about herself and her purpose.
She experienced a profound awakening — a renewal of faith, vision, and heart. After hitting rock bottom in her personal life, she encountered the true Rock of Ages, Jesus Christ. That moment transformed her path, bringing peace, clarity, and wisdom into her life.
For the first time, she learned to slow down — to truly see, feel, and appreciate the beauty designed by the greatest Architect of all. As she embraced this slower, more intentional way of living, she felt called to share the insight and grace she had received.
One day, as she scrolled through her phone, the breathtaking islands of São Tomé and Príncipe appeared — and in that moment, she discovered a place that perfectly embodied the philosophy that had transformed her: Leve-Leve — “take it easy.” Everything suddenly made sense. The peace, the clarity, and the beauty she had found in slowing down were all reflected in this simple yet powerful way of life.
Léve-Léve began with one woman’s profound desire to share timeless principles of life and relationship — inspired by the belief that restoring these ancient truths could return power to the hearts of modern daters and free them from fear, confusion, and performance.
Yet, she quickly recognized the power of free will: transformation begins only when someone truly desires it. Many simply don’t.
Through her work and observation, Pierre-Ingrid noticed a striking pattern — high-achieving individuals, so skilled at commitment and discipline in their professional lives, often struggle most in love. Their drive for perfection can become their greatest obstacle to intimacy.
